SMEG Headphones
WHAT IF SMEG DESIGNED HEADPHONES!
For this project, I studied the design language of SMEG through designing an imaginary product outside of its well-established product category (kitchen appliances).
IDEATION THROUGH SKETCHING
SMEG appliances are designed using "the super ellipse" the geometric shape devised by the Danish scientist Piet Hein, who was also a mathematician, an inventor, a writer, and a poet.
